Bonus that the room comes with a microwave and refrigerator. 5 minute walk from the metro and near 3 konbini, Aeon Supermarket, and TCAT to airport. Looking for a room for 2 people and booking online for immediate check in, I chose the only available “double” room at Livemax. It was one bed in a room the size of a walk in closet. I guess “double” meant bed type, but I chose to book for 2 people and didn’t realize, I guess that part was my fault, but options were limited and we were running out of time to find a new hotel. It was double the price of the hotel without working AC, and one quarter of the size. Stayed here for two nights in a tiny one-bed room with my friend sleeping on the floor. Staff was nice and all, the place was clean and functional, but way overpriced for what it was. Maybe I’m not used to how they price and book “business hotels” over there, but it seems odd that a hotel less than half the price would be so much larger and have 2 beds. Both these hotels were 30 mins from shinjuku, just in different places. Lesson learned on rush-booking I guess.
