I had to change accommodations to this property same day, and they made it happen. There was an issue with one of the beds, and they resolved it the same day. It was so nice to have such an attentive host.The space itself is small, but it has everything you need. Because of the size, there’s no chairs or couch, which is a bit of a bummer.The neighborhood is residential and very quiet, which is nice after a day of riding the crowded subways. However, there’s not many options for food or entertainment. I think the trade off is worth it. After all, Shinjuku is only two stops away. The apartment is close to Akebonobashi and Yotsuya stations. We had no issues getting to our destinations from them.Overall, I recommend this property for the incredible service of the host and the calm neighborhood. ##### Bernardo R.
