The location is great! The room was clean, definitely what we expected in small size. The experience we had with the staff was that they knew very minimal English. We were expecting our JR passes through FedEX and they rejected our package 3 times even though we checked and checked with them that we would be able to receive it. In the end we had to go to the FedEX depot to collect our package because the hotel never accepted it. Other than that easy check in and check out process, they were able to send our luggage to our next hotel in Osaka and showed up no issues the next morning.

The location of this hotel is great as it's very close to the JR station. With the comes with, you can hear the trains, but that was expected. As a lot of folks have shared, the room is very small. We were a party of two people and it was very cramped especially with our luggage (luckily, we did not pack too much). Overall, the hotel worked for us, the bed was comfy and it was convenient having a 7-11 nearby and being close to the JR station, along with restaurants near by.

For some reason my room was incredibly dusty. I’m actually amused how much dust collected all over my belongings within just a couple of hours. The location is great, just across the street from convenient Akihabara station. Aside from that I’ll never stay here again.

The room was tiny but clean, but this was the worst bed ive slept on in Japan, it was actually on an angle, i asked could they boost one side to make it even, they did nothing, they offered no resolution, worst sleep at hotel I've had. Location is great

Check in time is 3pm. We arrived at 2:50pm but the front desk clerk made us wait. A line of other guests shows up and we had to get to the back of the line again. She was very slow of the check in progress. Did not tell us about amenities for this hotel either. There is only 1 elevator for the entire hotel. We stayed there 4 nights and the 3rd night they were suppose to clean our room. They did not and since we were leaving the following day, we did not bother to report it. Only good thing is that it is located near the train station.

The hotel is quite close to Akihabara Station which is pretty easy to travel around Tokyo, with 7-11 near by the hotel like 1 mins walk! The room is good enough for one person with nice comfy bed and great shower with tub. However, the cleanliness is still a bit dusty and they only clean it properly once every three days. But overall is a good hotel to stay and explore around Tokyo!

Very clean. Staff was accommodating and polite. Room insulation could have been a bit better to combat the winter cold, but it was overall a very pleasant stay for the affordable price!

The only thing I would say was bad was the breakfast, not a lot of options and was very quick to end. Better off going across the street to 7-eleven and get some extra rest.

Hotel itself seemed rather worn down (that could be my impression because I was in a smokers room, not by choice but the only available room at the time as it was a last minute booking). On the other hand the staff were all polite and as helpful as could be. Would I stay there again? Possibly, it was located really close to Akihabara Station & had access to some convenience stores etc on the way. But the room was very small (compared to others I used on this trip) So it would come down to price and if I could get a non smoking room next time.

This hotel is a perfect spot for a solo or 2persona travel group. It location is in a straight shot to Akihabera station and right next to a handful of restaruants a d a family mart. Its super convenient. If you are in a big group dont expect this to work for eveyone but if you just need somewhere to spend the night ita perfect and ideal! Very much would reccomend

Best Location For Trips if you're mainly in Tokyo, Shibuya, Yokohama. 2 minute walk from Akihabara Station. Staff were very Helpful, Friendly and Hard Working. The breakfast for additional 800 yen was a good deal for the quantity. Right outside is a 7 eleven and on the other side of the hotel is a Family Mart so walking distance for convenient(Fami Chiki-delicious). The room is perfect for 1 person, the bidet will change your life and you cannot live without one after using it. Only negative points I can say was the floor was dirty in my room but everything else was excellent. The Body Odor smell in the elevator was bad in some case but it cant be helped due to best location for customers.

Very good location of Akihabara Station. The staff was very friendly, courteous, and helpful. The room was a bit on the small side for westerners but exactly as pictured and a great value. 10/10 would stay at again.

Honestly this is the second apa hotel I’ve stayed in and the friendliness of staff and cleanliness is always great. It is predominantly a business hotel but I know what I’m getting when I stay with apa. They were so helpful at extending my stay when my flight was cancelled this time around. Great WiFi and location is great for akihabara

It is convenient for those who prefers to reach train station, convenient store, shopping mall etc. The cleanliness of the room is beyond satisfaction but the room is quite small.

Decent stay
Had all the amenities necessary for a comfortable stay. Main areas of room and items/sheets are clean. Slight rumble from nearby metro rail, but would only disturb the lightest sleeper. Section between bed and wall could use some vacuuming though, some build up of dust in the inaccessible corners. Great location to Akihabara. Close enough to walk to (less than 5 minutes) but far enough away to not be disturbed by loud advertising and flashing lights.

Good locations. Ok hotel only
Location - excellent, excellent, excellent! Less than 5mins walk from Akihabara station. Lots of cheap eateries around (some 24hrs) Cons : Only 1 washing machine and dryer for use in the hotel (can imagine the waiting time). Stay at level 2 if you need to use the washing machine often. Room - ok for 2 skinny people. It will be too crowded for 3 pax. Basic amenities are provided. Daily housekeeping is provided for stays exceed 3 days and above. Noise level - since its very near to Aki train station, be prepared to hear the train passing by from 6am onwards till 12am. Nightmare for lightsleeper Pillow - pls bring your own if possible. Its as flat a paper! Bed was soft Overall, clean room.

Thank you very much for staying our hotel. As you mentioned, our hotel is located close to Akihabara station,many guests are happy with that. Regarding to the washing machine and dryer,due to the size of the hotel, only one each is installed. It is possible to change to a room away from the railway line depending on the situation on the day.
