The first convenience which we really appreciated was how close the apartment was to its nearest station - Komazawa Daigaku, a ten minute walk around the corner. Which subsequently is only a ten minute commute on the Den-Entoshi Line to Shibuya Station which you'll likely be passing through a lot. We stayed for two weeks in the 2nd floor apt and were grateful for all of the amenities - two toilets, a decent shower & bath tub, a sensible kitchen including a washing machine & dryer which came in very handy and ample living space for the 4 of us. The futon beds were acceptable, not as soft as what we're used to here in the west but after a busy day's sightseeing they were just fine. Also worth noting is that the apt is on the same street as two supermarkets if you need light groceries, a pharmacy and two very nice ramen diners. Its even a gym if you happen to play Pokemon Go. Its worth noting that there is no front desk or staff here if you need help however whenever I had any enquiries before and during our stay they were very quick to respond and were helpful, the check in with a security code was also super easy.
