A short walk will get you to the unspoiled beach which stretches for miles. Toko Mouth is the best kept secret with so much to offer! 60 minutes to Dunedin for shopping and it’s popular attractions. 15 minutes from Milton for the essentials and a picturesque 50 minutes drive to The Catlins. The house has everything you need for a home away from home experience. The bedrooms all have new beds and radiators including electric blankets for those cooler. South Island nights. Wonderful secluded retreat near the ocean - almost new condition - has everything you could want in terms of amenities and short walk to a remote beach with so few people you will likely not see anyone else. Beaches are not for swimming - but for walking and admiring the ocean. Great place to recharge and relax.
