Moniker Beach House (IG @stay.moniker) This bright, modern 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom home is perfectly located just across the street from beautiful Mackenzie Beach and only steps away from iconic local favorites like Tacofino, Chocolate Tofino, and Tofitian Coffee. Whether you're here to surf, relax, or explore, this stylish and comfortable home offers the ideal base for your Tofino adventure.  
  
The Space  
Designed with contemporary coastal living in mind, this home is filled with natural light and clean lines. Floor-to-ceiling windows open up the kitchen and living area to a covered outdoor space, creating a true indoor-outdoor experience that can be enjoyed year-round—even on stormy West Coast days.  
  
The kitchen is a chef’s dream—fully equipped and thoughtfully laid out with plenty of prep space, modern appliances, and a quartz island where friends and family can gather while meals are being made.  
  
The layout is ideal for two couples or small groups, with one bedroom and bathroom on the main floor (featuring a walk-in rain shower), and a second bedroom and bathroom upstairs, complete with a luxurious soaker tub.  
  
Cozy up by the propane fireplace inside or gather around the fire table outside. Radiant in-floor heating adds extra comfort throughout the home.

You’re just across the road from Mackenzie Beach and within walking distance to some of Tofino’s best eateries and shops. The multi-use path is right outside your door, making it easy to bike or stroll 1 km to Chesterman Beach or 3 km into downtown Tofino for even more restaurants, boutiques, and galleries.  
  
Whether you’re chasing surf, sunsets, or the perfect hike, this home puts you right in the heart of it all.  
  
Host Rules:  
\*Renters agreement must be signed.  
\* Guest Limit: This house has a strict 4 guest max.   
\*Age min: must be 25 years or older to book  
\*During peak summer season (June 15 - Sept 15), 3 night minimum and all bookings must be back-to-back to avoid gaps. If you receive a "host unavailable" message despite seeing availability, please contact us. Our booking system has specific rules and may require manual adjustments.  
\*3 night minimum stay for all Canadian Statutory Holidays  
\*Please note: This property does not allow pets. Very strict. If you show up with a pet we have the right to request that you check out.  
\*Please note: A long-term tenant lives on-site in a separate caretaker suite as per Tofino Bylaws  
  
Strict Quiet Hours: 10pm to 8am - please be respectful of the neighbours and locals!  
  
Cancellation Policy: We offer a 30 day cancellation policy. If you provide us with the 30 days required notice you will receive a full refund. If you cancel without the required days notice you will not receive a refund for your reservation. No changes can be made within the 30 days.  
  
Accidental Damage Protection: Accidental Damage Protection is included in the total cost of your reservation—there is no additional fee after booking, as it is automatically applied at the time of purchase. This coverage protects against accidental damages up to $1,000 that may occur during your stay.  
Please note: This protection does not apply to damages caused by parties, unauthorized events, or negligent behaviour. It is strictly intended for unintentional mishaps that may happen while you're staying in the home.

The house was beautiful and modern and just a few minutes drive from downtown Tofino. Very well-maintained and clean throughout. Danielle and her team kept us informed and answered all of our questions quickly, and even let us know when the house was ready for an early check-in. It wasn’t quite as “across the street” from the beach as I expected, but it was less than a 10-minute walk.

This was a terrific house in a great location.Very comfortable and clean, and the property manager was very responsive.We were a two minute walk from two fun food, spots, gelato, a small market, coffee shop, and bike rentals. The house is just off the bike path and a two minute ride to Chesterman Beach, which is spectacular. The drive to town was less than 10 minutes. Tofino is a magical place!
