Our experience rating would have been improved but we found the mattresses and futon are worn from use and were uncomfortable for sitting/sleeping. Unit was clean. Was asked to put linen into bags, but none were provided. Stairs leading to shoreline are starting to break down and are a hazard. Unit was clean and provided everything we needed. Was nice having a deck to sit on and listen to the seals.

Sweet view of the inlet!

Easy booking experience. Very close proximity to trails. The view of the inlet is so nice to wake up to.

Relaxing stay in a perfect location

The home is situated in a quiet Ucluelet area. Watched deer and eagles from balcony. Clean and comfortable.

Quaint but does the job

The property was adequate we were disappointed in the conflicting covid instructions we received via email and the lack of thorough cleaning when we arrived. We disinfected the place our selves due to suspect areas that were clearly not cleaned before our arrival.

50th Anniversary

The internet listing made this look like the perfect place to celebrate our 50th Anniversary and the reality confirmed it. We had a wonderful, quiet time, with most of our excursions being walks on the Wild Pacific Trail. We really liked Ucluelet and this was the perfect location from which to explore. We'd rent this again in a heartbeat. The cottage was clean and well-equipped, especially as we mainly did our own cooking. We did make exceptions for several excellent sushi lunches from Sake Sushi and super fish and chips from Jiggers.
