Close to heaven in our oasis of peace amidst the nature of the Black Forest. A refuge with three bedrooms on 80 square metres, ideal for families, children, groups and small parties. Relax in the living room in the comfortable hanging chair, unwind and enjoy the marvellous view over Todtnauberg. The Todtnauberg holiday flat in the attic of the historic Scheurmatthof awaits you with state-of-the-art equipment: Internet (1 GBit glass fibre), HD satellite TV. DVD/Blue-Ray, radio, telephone (free to German landlines), board games & books, hanging chair, 65" (164 cm) TV & home cinema system with 5.1 surround sound, Amazon TV, Netflix, BBQ grill, natural stone terrace, Swedish stove, hanging chair. Here your children can run around undisturbed, climb the nearby lookout chair, while you breathe in the Black Forest on our natural stone terrace on the sun lounger. The flat is located right on the edge of the village and forest and offers a breathtaking view over the Todtnauberger high valley. In winter, enjoy the cosy warmth in front of the Swedish stove in the living room. You can strap on your skis right in front of the house and whizz down the piste or explore up to 60 km of cross-country ski trails. In summer, you can relax on the natural stone terrace next to the house and enjoy the barbecue area and sun loungers or set off directly from the house on the hiking trails of Todtnauberg and the Feldberg region. Popular excursion destinations in the surrounding area include the Blackforestline suspension bridge, the summer toboggan run in Todtnau, the Steinwasenpark, the Black Forest Galaxy Bad in Freiburg, the Europapark and the Rulantica in Rust. Von der Buchung, über die super Informationen und Kommunikation, sowie der ganze Ablauf generell. Die Wohnung war klasse und hochwertig ausgestattet. Alleine die Messer waren schärfer, als bei uns zuhause ;) aus Erfahrung nehmen wir diese zB immer mit. Aber hier haben wir unser privates Not-Equipment nicht benötigt. Die Umgebung ist super um vom Haus aus auch zu starten. Um im Ort direkt zu verweilen (Gaststätte zB) sollte man jedoch etwas bergauf und - ab, sowie (Weg-) Zeit in Kauf nehmen. Wir waren mit 2 Kids (8 & 9) sehr gut eine Woche beschäftigt und hätten auch mehr Zeit verbringen können. Wie vom Vermieter angemerkt, ist das Haus gut hellhörig. Was bei uns aber gar kein Problem darstellte. Die Kommunikation und der Kontakt mit den "Untermietern" war top.
