Shop 5 km, grocery 5 km, supermarket 17 km, shopping centre 17 km, restaurant 1.5 km, bar 3 km, bakery 3 km, café 3 km, bus stop "Lehen" 200 m, railway station "Zell im Wiesental" 16 km, outdoor swimming pool 4.5 km, indoor swimming pool 22 km, thermal baths "Radon Revital Bad Menzenschwand" 22 km, lake Schluchsee 30 km. Walking paths from the house 1 m, cycle lane 10 m, slopes 5 km, sled run 800 m, cross country ski track 5 km, children's playground 20 m. Living/sleeping room with 1 double sofabed (160 cm, length 200 cm), 1 folding bed (80 cm, length 190 cm), dining nook, satellite TV and digital TV (flat screen). Exit to the terrace. 1 room with 1 double bed (2 x 90 cm, length 200 cm). Small kitchen (oven, dishwasher, 4 ceramic glass hob hotplates, toaster, kettle, microwave, electric coffee machine). Bath/WC. Heating. Terrace. Terrace furniture. Beautiful view of the mountains and the forest. Facilities: children's high chair, baby cot, hair dryer. Internet (WiFi, free). Parking space n 17 at the house. Please note: non-smokers only. Smoke alarm, fire extinguisher, no lift. Bed layout is flexible. There are more sleeping options available than the maximum number of people allowed which may, however, not be exceeded.
