Please be aware there is no bar,restaurant close by or air conditioning before you book. The roof is not sealed -thatched roof so you will have ants, spiders and roaches in the room at night. We slept in the car.

Cute and relaxing place to stay. Amazing star gazing. Bonus fire pit and hammock in the back patio area. Fun family style community kitchen and tables. Great place to stay if you are looking to be somewhere different and disconnected.

Beautiful place to stay, the staff are very cool! Love the dogs! Especially the one that smiles, it’s a brindle hound mix. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. The gardens are beautiful and well taken care of. Great little oasis.

We loved our stay here! The casita was clean and very cute. The grounds were beautifully landscaped. The hosts were helpful upon our arrival. It may lack the creature comforts of a hotel in Cabo San Lucas (water pressure, AC, Wi-Fi) but it’s all worth it when you see the stars at night and the ocean and mountains by day. Oh and there are DOGS AND CATS that will come let you pet them.

This family owned business was excellent for us. The description and location (though a bit tricky to get to) was great. All staff we had contact with were exceptionally helpful. We had a flat tire and received more than expected help. Thank you for a great experience. We highly recommend this authentic, simple, clean and quite small community collection of casitas.

Such a cute property and amazing family tending to things. Love the chill vibe. When the traffic stops you can hear the waves crashing on the beach across the street which is incredible. We did expect a bar and restaurant onsite per the amenities but it was ok cuz we bought groceries and used the cute cucinas for dinner and coffee. Would stay again!! Thank you!

Very spacious stand alone round houses. The grounds were beautiful. Private porch with chairs and hammocks. Well stocked clean shared kitchens. Pool looked nice. Beautiful sunset from our porch. The only thing that bothered us was the barking dogs the first night. The second night maybe they were kept inside as it was quiet. Totally recommend this place. We will be back someday.

Barking Dogs
It was a nice place in many ways. A simple eco hotel, a little rustic but no complaints about the place itself, however two of four nights their dogs barked all night and kept us up. It was just a little barking, it was barking for the whole night. My wife went to ask them to take care of the dogs and the owners didn’t even answer the door.

Off the beaten path not close to the beach
This is an eco-friendly type lodging. There is no television, Wi-Fi signal is weak, very low lighting and little security. There are no locks on the sliding doors which made us very nervous. The rooms are palapa style bungalows off the beaten path with a sliding door leading to a back porch with a hammock. Off the back porch is a fire ring and a log if you want to build/sit by a fire. There is a sink and small fridge in the room with a small bar too sit at. The shower is not rain style. The bed was comfortable. The love seat and chairs were hard, they are made of wood. Even reading was difficult since there are no lamps. You will not be 1 minute to the beach, you will be about 1 mile after a bumpy dirt road and crossing a major highway. However you can see the ocean in the distance from your back porch or the communal roof top deck. You can cook in a communal kitchen and dine there also. They were cute and well equipped. The rooftop deck is over the office building. There are dogs and cats roaming the property and lots of poo around the bungalows too. Almost felt like I was camping. Tiny plot of land surrounded by short wire fencing and several bungalows on it. The landscaping is nice. The buildings are colorful. Checking in and out was a snap and the clerk was friendly and informative.

I would rate this a million stars (just like the night sky we enjoyed from the hammock on our back patio). Great night sleep, excellent vibes and very friendly staff. Loved the outdoor cooking area. Gave this a camping feeling. Each casita has a fire pit which we wish we had discovered earlier and had a chance to use. We will definitely be back!!

A very nice and secluded place to stay. Just note that gps doesn’t understand where the road is off the highway. It’s actually a little dirt road right before the guardrail. Exit there and then it’s the first right

This is a good little getaway with beautiful features which accentuate the surrounding mountains and view of the Pacific. Good value! The wine was a great touch and the continental breakfast was a plus, although we could have skipped the stale pastries but the fruit was varied and fresh.

This property is across the highway and a bit south of Cerritos beach. So dining options are not far. Todos Santos is about 18 minutes north and Cabo San Lucas is 1 hr south. The units stay nice and cool in December.

As Good as We Expected
Great stay for our first night in Todos Santos. A bit outside of the city, but gave us the seclusion we were looking for. We really enjoyed the awesome hammock and front porch. Bathroom facilities were great with a nice hot shower. Continental breakfast of coffee, fresh fruit, and toast were included and enjoyed on a rooftop sitting area. Would definitely stay here again when in the area! Not to mention the complimentary bottle of wine! Great time.

This place was perfect. Great value, nice people, lots of fans in the room. Close to the surfing. Very artistic and pleasant grounds to be on. A little hard to find as it's right off the highway on something that appears to be an almost unmarked exit. That is the Baja for you though. Go here, you won't be dissapointed.
