"We stayed for a long weekend and had the best stay. We took our 2 year old and our miniature poodle. The hotel was really accommodating for both of them. It’s a great location, walkable to all the attractions and easy to park up. The hotel is very clean but the rooms are a little dated. "

"4 of us had a fabulous stay at this beautiful hotel. The setting and gardens were amazing. The staff were very welcoming and I phoned in advance to request the Jane Room as it was my sisters birthday who’s name is Jane and the lady I spoke to was very accommodating. (I had read a previous review where a guest had stayed in this suite) My sister said it was a lovely room and a thoughtful touch. Our room was lovely, but a bit dated and tired in places, as was the rest of the hotel, but this didn’t detract from the wonderful stay we had. We ate in the restaurant in the evening and the food was plentiful and tasty, but nothing special. However, we will definitely return."

"Excellent value for an easy evening away with my brother. Good sleep with a value breakfast. Only minor winge is the shower needs a new shower head as was very dribbly, but at the price wouldn't knock a star off. If you want a Premier Inn, pay a Premier Inn price"
