"This hotel I just ok. The downside is expect to que for at least 2 hours checking in at 2 pm make sure you select a superior room still small but ok if only here for a few nights. The hotel has 1250 rooms so expect to line up for breakfast. Breakfast has a great selection. Hotel Restaurant extremely expensive but there are other rests nearby. Ten minutes walk to the Government buildings observatory with great views of the city "

"The room is clean/front desk staff is professional and kind. Wish guest could set their own room temperature. And house cleaning left my sheets for me to change which I wasn’t going to do. I asked them to return to change sheets. Other than that my stay was nice. "

"Frontdesk staff was Super nice. Although some people at the desk were unaware the hotel had drop off laundry options. The rooms cluld use some sort of AC unit in the room besides the small floor unit. For the amount of money spent i felt like being hot and sweaty in our room at night with no way to open a window was harsh. Great location, part of sunshine city mall and near the Ikebukuro station and Ikebukuro station. Nothingreally starts opening up until about 9 or 10 am Added plus, the cute ikibus stops outside the lobby"
