SECURITY CAMERAS: There are four security cameras actively recording motion and sound. One at each entry points but away from line of sight of hot tub for privacy. These devices are here for your safety as well as to secure the property.  
  
\*\*\*Note: NO parties, large gatherings, or loud music. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund and charged a minimum fee of $500.  
  
\*\*\*Note: All guests MUST be 25 years of age or older to book the property unless accompanied by a parent. Any minor must always be accompanied by a parent. Violators of this rule will be asked to leave with no refund.
