If not signed within the deadline, your booking may be cancelled with no refund. ● This property can accommodate up to 12 guests per local regulations. Infants under 2 are not included in this count, allowing up to 3 additional infants beyond the maximum guest limit DOG FEE: ● $50 per dog. All dogs must be vetted. We allow a maximum of 3 dogs per booking, and we have the right to decline dogs based on breed or age. The appropriate fees will be requested once final approval has been confirmed. ● Guests are REQUIRED to register with A Pocono Country Place at least 48 hours prior to check-in. ● $75 registration fee per group (mandatory) for late registrations. Pennsylvania leash laws must be followed at all times, and all pet waste must be cleaned up when walking along Association roads or in common areas. ● Wander Home requires that all guests are 100% verified. Please upload government issued ID and payment method in your account settings, as well as sending us a photo of your ID after booking confirmation. ● Eligible refunds are subject to a 6% processing fee. ● A damage waiver fee ($40) is included for all reservations. Most channels add this upfront. Others do not have this capability, and it will be manually added to the invoice once the reservation is confirmed. ● Given the rural setting of the property, occasional sightings of ants, spiders, flying insects, and mice may occur despite our year-round pest control efforts. We strive to manage these encounters to the best of our ability, but cannot guarantee that the house will be completely pest free. ● We provide enough essential items to cover stays of about 2-3 nights. If you need more supplies during your stay, you can visit one of the following nearby stores: Weis Markets, ShopRite, ALDI, Walmart, CVS ● We do our best to ensure there is propane available for grills and/or fire pits, but cannot guarantee there will be propane for use throughout your stay. We felt like we were at a five star hotel! They literally thought of everything. As soon as you walk in, they provide slippers to change into and the scent of pine and gorgeous holiday decor, immediately makes your tense shoulders drop. With little bags of toiletries next to your bedside, there was thoughtfulness at every turn. We were five tired educators coming together for a relaxing weekend and this house was perfect! Between the hot tub surrounded by snow covered trees and the sauna and yoga mats, we got the recharge we desperately needed. We hope to make this annual tradition! ##### Tamara B. From the location to the attention to details throughout the house was very clean and smelled really good. The house was provided with everything we need to spend the weekend. All lines and towels were very clean and more than enough for all of us. We all enjoyed our stay at The Green Cabin. The decor and the details throughout the whole house are just amazing and beautiful. We loved that Wander’s think about everything you can need and want to spend a nice and relaxing time with family and friends. Thanks again for allowing us to spend the weekend at your beautiful house. All of us enjoyed being around the fire in the living room while we exchanged our Christmas gifts and played games We especially appreciated that the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas, and despite the frigid outdoor temperatures and the snow-covered ground, every room of the house was toasty warm during our stay The dining table accommodated all of us at every meal (which made us all happy), and the sauna and the hot tub were a great way to recover from a day on the slopes or at the waterpark The neighborhood was quiet, but it was convenient to shopping, church, the slopes and the waterparks. We reached each if them with no difficulty.We had a wonderful time. So much so that we started planning our return trip next year before we left to return home ##### Lucy M. The green cabin has everything to make it feel elevated from your every day experience without being terrified of breaking something.
