These cameras allow us to see and communicate with visitors at the front door. However, we also respect your privacy during your stay and want to reassure you that there are no cameras installed inside the house itself. We were a group of 8, the check in process was seamless! The property itself was cozy, towels were already laid out in each room. Some of us brought our own towels but that was a nice touch. Everyone was comfortable, the outside deck was setup nicely and the hot tub was great. We did not really get a chance to explore the local area since it was a short trip but there are plenty of places near by if you need to pick up a few things. Things for all ages. We had a 1, 3, and 4 year old as well as adults. Lots of amenities in the neighborhood as well as extra bonuses to the house. Linens, towels and even beach towels included was a big plus. The hot tub was fantastic and it was so nice to be able to do cookouts and sit on the deck. The grill hands down was the cleanest grill I’ve ever seen. The hosts were so responsive and helpful. The only thing to mention though it did not impact our stay is that the beds and couches are low to the ground, anyone with mobility issues may need to keep that in mind, but for us, it was perfect. The decor felt like an elegant hotel and I really wanted to namastay in bed! Would absolutely stay again. ##### samantha S. When we walked in it smelled amazing, like your favorite candle. The jacuzzi was icing on the cake. The outdoor space is so well done, private, and peaceful. I left with ideas on decorating and making a home homey. There was full Roku access on flat screen. Full kitchen with every plate, fork, and cookware you could need. Towels, toiletries, toilet paper, all provided. There was even a little hotel like stamp on the triangle end of the toilet paper. Loved it - stayed an extra day. Great amazing time with family. Nancy the property owner was very communicative and extremely attentive to all of our needs. My guests and I are all professional working women and business owners that really needed a nice getaway to a beautiful place. Our days were perfect! Perfect weather, perfect Jacuzzi and the perfect setting! There are always dynamics you have no control over. The measure to me of a good stay is not that everything is perfect but when it’s not how it’s handled. Our property owners were so quick to address the brief Internet outage at the chalet. They emailed, they texted and even got on the phone with us to troubleshoot! Problem solved and handled very quickly and efficiently! We loved that the linens were available, that cut down on things we had to pack and this place had so many amenities, like providing toiletries and there was even a nice bottle of wine left. We absolutely plan on trying to figure out when is the next break in our schedule to come back to the chalet ! Thanks again we loved our stay!
