"Wir haben das Haus für 2 Wochen gemietet. 5 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder . Im Großen und Ganzen - wunderschön. Die Vermieterin ist super nett. Es hatte alles genauso gestimmt wie es im Internet angegeben war. Der Pool war sauber und wurde regelmäßig geputzt, gereinigt und kontrolliert. Es befindet sich direkt auf dem Grundstück eine Dusche um sich kurz abzuduschen und dann direkt in den Pool zu springen. "Die Kommunikation war sehr einfach und gut, dank google translate konnte man auch beim check in sehr gut kommunizieren. Alles war sauber, auch der Pool wurde regelmäßig gereinigt und der Haushalt war sehr gut ausgestattet (Waschmaschine, mehrere Handtücher, Basics der Küche). Alles in allem für 2 Paare ein hervorragender Ort um abzuschalten. Es ist sehr nahe an der Autobahn gelegen weshalb man nach Zadar ca 45 min braucht, nach Split ca 1h und ans Meer 20 minuten. "Ganzes Ferienhaus auf 2 Etagen modern eingerichtet, grosszügiger Parkplatz am Haus, für Kinder Schaukel, Trampolin, sehr gute Fenster mit Moskitoschutz, Klimaanlage. Super Terrasse zum verweilen, kein Meerblick, ruhig gelegen, gelegentlich bisschen Hundegebell, Erdgeschoss: Küche mit allem nötigen ausgestattet, Anrichte, Sofa notfalls zum Ausziehen, Fernseher, W-Lan, Runder Tisch mit Stühle. Bad recht klein aber i.O. Waschmaschine. Dusche: Komplett gefließt mit Schiebeglastür, genügend Platz....

"Wir hatten ein paar sehr schöne Tage in Biograd. Das Haus von Adrijana liegt sehr zentral, kurze Wege in die Stadt und an den Strand. Es ist vor Ort alles zu Fuß erreichbar. Adrijana war immer erreichbar wenn wir was benötigt haben. Wir durften uns aus dem Gemüsegarten bedienen. Es waren rundum gelungene Urlaubstage für uns als Familie. Was empfehlenswert ist, ist ein Abstecher in den Krka Nationalpark, circa 1 Stunde entfernt."

"Not our best stay in Croatia. We spent one night in room 7. The room did not have any shower products. Towels were included but one seemed dirty. The upstairs loft area, seemed not to be cleaned for a while and full of dust. The double bed on the main floor was clean. Apartment right by the road. We had to close windows to prevent road noise. Weak somewhat noisy AC unit. Small room, but they have made efficient use of it. We did not try the breakfast as it seemed basic for the cost. Parking...

"I cannot think of a better place to stay in old town Zadar. Apartments was great. Staff was wonderful and stayed up late for us despite our late arrival. The breakfast was free, made to order and fantastic! The apartment/hotel is located in the center of the old town. Main cathedral is visible from the windows. All sites in old town Zadar are within five/eight mins walk. "
