Description: Please read entire ad\*\* Typical mid century Florida Block home built in 1956 during the Kennedy Space Center's original construction. Lush yard and surroundings. Corner lot providing relative privacy. Comfortable but not fancy. I offer Affordable family accommodations and am working on updating as I can. \*\*Please note : I and my 2 sweet and quiet dogs Peanut and Brownie live in an attached "In-Law" apartment next door. There is a door but you have a 1/4" Dead bolt lock on your side and it's locked on my side as well. It is only used between guests for Housekeeping Services. Separate entrances ensure your privacy. I had a 4.8 out of 5 star rating on a comparable site. We loved the custom painting throughout the home and appreciated the partially covered driveway. There were a few elements that could easily be updated but everything was as expected. The pictures of the outside do this property no justice. The beds were nice. The neighborhood was peaceful. The owner of the property was helpful and responded quickly. The house was clean and the instructions were clear. It was in proximity to beaches and restaurants. I have no complaints at all. It was a perfect end for our vacation. ##### Janet B.
