The furniture is minimalistic, but it’s perfect for staying there, and being able to function. This place is right across the street from the river with a new boardwalk/pier. It was a quiet area. The owners were amazing and very responsive to my billion questions! :-) The property is directly across the lagoon from Kennedy Space Center so you have easy access to see all of the rocket launches. The property is in the middle of so many places. The neighborhood is very quiet and we had no issues. Lots of trains running right behind the property (but I like trains). The back patio is a very relaxing place to enjoy morning coffee and evening downtime. ##### Julie S.
