Worst Hotel EVER
Check in took over 30 min bc no one was in the office. Called the number on door lady(turns out to be Mgr) was rude. Poor girl working the office was across property doing laundry too. Beds were extremely uncomfortable and pillows were nothing but washed over and over lumps. We reserved 2 nights, next day after “their” check out time our room keys were not working. Housekeeping let us in but was told we had to wait until 3 when the office girl came back in. Girl ended up not showing up until after 430p. We stated the whole time we just wanted to check out and get a refund for the 2nd night. Was told we would get a refund and when I called today the manager was rude and refused our refund. Also, was not notified the breakfast was cancelled. The paper they handed us at check in said 7a-1030a. Waited 35 min for the door to open. Housekeeper was the one that told us. No sign on door or anything. When I called today manager said there is a person who lives on premises 24hrs a day that could have helped us, then why couldn’t they check us out when we asked around 1230p? Why couldn’t she remake our keys? Why did we have to wait until the night check in girl come in?

I am the Manager, and it was I you spoke with requesting your refund for the second night. On your reservation, it states that check-in begins at 3pm (not between 7 am and 1030am). As a matter of fact, it is highly unusual for any hotel to offer a check in between 7am and 1030am when check out is usually 11 am or 12 noon at most hotels. After you checked in, for the rest of that evening and night, and the next morning, we never heard any of these complaints you are now voicing. When your keys didn't work, the housekeeper offered to open the door for your husband to let him in and gave him the option of waiting for the Front Desk employee or having the Caretaker cut you new keys. Your husband declined and said he would just leave the door cracked open. The housekeeper repeatedly offered and he continued to decline. Later in the day while you and your family were enjoying the pool and arguing loudly in the parking lot, the staff assumed you had decided to stay since you were in town for a Volleyball Tournament. It was not until 5:30 pm that you decided to check out and at 5:30pm when you asked for your second night refund.

Amazing
It was one of the amazing experience. Although they were just opening after this COVID situation they made sure that my stay is comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. no noise. i stayed there for 3 nights and all of my stay was amazing. Especially Ms. Deane (who was at front desk), she was very nice and kind and made sure that I have everything I needed and I felt like at home. This hotel may not have the amneties which you get in a big hotel but the price you pay for, you get more than that. Especially for me, I wanted a comfortable room to sleep and relax after day of work and this hotel provided me everything which I needed. I will recommend this to anyone visiting Titusville and planning to stay in an affordable yet comfortable place to stay.

The hotel is open. We are undergoing renovations so we have many rooms that are closed. Most of our guests are pool side so perhaps you didn't go around to the pool side? Our lobby is not open 24 hours-hence the sign on the door with 2 numbers to call for guests with reservations and for guests without reservations. I am a little confused about the hotel charging you for 2 rooms. Did you cancel? How did you pay? Who did you speak with on staff who refused to refund your money? I think that this might be a misunderstanding and you can go through Hotels.com to resolve it.

Had a newly remodeled room but there were no towels, garbage container or other supplies in the room. The remodeling was a nice effort but substandard quality which minimized the potentially positive impact it could have on the facility.

I understand things are tough right now with the COVID virus, but even with this consideration, this property was woefully disappointing. The staff, while friendly, overpromised and underdelivered. We were told when we arrived (and we checked in late) that there were no towels in the room, that someone "went to Walmart to get some" and that the desk person would walk them up to us. After waiting until nearly 10pm, I called to see what the status was. No towels. We were getting up early to see a Spacex launch the next morning, so I told them we'd wait till then. "I'll be here by 6:30", I was told--but at 6:40, when I called, they were "on their way--be there in ten minutes." They brought the towels up, apologizing that they were damp, because they hadn't been in the dryer long enough. The sign on the road-facing part of the property was out on the upper half--the half with the hotel's name--and still working on the restaurant/lounge side...which ironically was not open once while we were there. The building had been painted, but spots of paint of varying colors were everywhere to be seen on the steps. The room itself was beat up, with clear damage to the counter and the bathroom having been poorly repaired. The beds were old metal spring frames that popped loudly and creaked whenever you moved on them. They did not visit to clean the room on the first day we were there. I would recommend you go elsewhere, if you possibly can. Not worth it at any price--sorry.

We're sorry your stay was disappointing but am unclear what you mean by 'device'. We have had to stop serving our continental breakfast due to the COVID 19 virus. Usually, we serve only continental breakfast-oatmeal, cereal, grits, pastry, bread, bagels with cream cheese, jam and butter, waffles from Golden Malted, milk, juice, coffee and tea. We are always delighted to direct our guests to various locations in the area that serve full breakfast.

I was contacted by Amy, to make sure I will still arriving tonight after I had not called or let them know I was at Daytona bike week working and event and would be checking in much later. She was extremely friendly and kind made sure I had a room on a quiet corner of the hotel double checked all the towels and other stuff to ensure my room was ready when I arrived after 1am. Also after seeing I was badly sunburnt offered to try and have her daughter bring me some aloe get from home to help later when I wake back up. Amy is very outgoing and makes sure you are welcome and have everything that you need. Great service like this is extremely rare and I hope she gets recognized for her hard work!

I mean its a place to sleep.
Okay ill start off by saying she did say she had just purchased the property and it was a last minute booking....that being said property i pulled up too already had police at entrance which gave me bad vibes....check in went horrible multiple staff attempted but couldnt log in system and front counter lady was "late..nobody knew where she was" ok fine we are early anyway. When she did arrive she did waive the deposit and got us in a room quickly. Now the room itself was well you get what you pay for. Did have coffee maker mini fridge microwave and flat screen tv. But as far as comfort goes bed hard bathroom is shady locks on doors missing or not working. Me and my friend joked that this was bates motel or episode of courage the cowerdly dog. They do offer breakfast cereal waffles OJ. But after eating a waffle my stomach hurt somthing serious. But it is there for use. Bathroom was shady with roaches and mystery sounds of rustling coming from it. Toilet not secure moves if you use it. Overall its an hotel in transition you get what you pay for even then 70-80$ plus 50$ deposit is overpriced for it. The staff gets gold stars they do their job and are very friendly and honest with you. The overall quality is whats lacking. I doubt ill stay again in pinch. But potential is there

Worst place ever. Should not of been on expedia at all. Paint peeling from ceiling. No cups for coffee. Stained mattress, one pink and one white towel only to shower. Toilet always wobbled when you sat on it. If we didn't get in to late we would of left to get another hotel. Very runned down. Not at all worth the money.

Never again - this motel is falling apart and not clean. No shower curtain, no light in the bathroom, bed creaky, floors sticky. Horrible. Staff at the desk were friendly but we will never stay here again.

Tub drains slow. as dirty. Floors were nasty . ashes on the floor by the night stand. Roaches! Bed were very old. Room smelled. Had to ask for toilet paper and towels. Couldnt check in for 20 minute because no one was there. Not a good area. If I knew they couldnt charge me I would have left.

The pictures belie a truly shabby and substandard facility. The location was just off the highway, so that I really expected better, Hard to imagine why the owner/operator would allow the facility fall into such sorry condition, this could be a real gem, but trust me it is NOT.

Go somewhere else.
Linen was grimy looking. There were no towels or wash cloths or soap. Called front desk 4 times and waited over five hours. Went to front desk and they said there were none available. Told me they checked empty rooms and they also had no towels. Floors were wet from humidity and very slippery. Owner was there twice during the day and was informed of various problems and did nothing to resolve anything.

There were no towels nor coffee cups nor waste receptacles (trash cans) in the room. I tried calling to report this for a long time with several calls placed over a period of half hour or so and never got an answer. I walked to the office and reported it. Towels never came, so I wound up using the pillow cases as towels for my shower. My wait for towels caused me to miss breakfast, so I can't rate that.

Not very clean. A man tried to sell us coke in front of the lobby. Room had no towels after driving from the beach, only stayed one night but never received towels. No waste basket in the room, had to dispose of trash AND feminine products in a plastic bag we (luckily) had. Bathroom out of order in lobby and had problems with check in. Took about an hour and a couple phone calls to get our keys, so we had to leave to find a gas station with a bathroom before we were even able to get into the room. Staff did their best but were loudly talking about their personal life while the front desk line piled up and only one woman was stressing to check everyone in by herself. This is the first bad experience I've ever had booking with Expedia. I'm very surprised this hotel is on Expedia.

Service was great. Rooms were clean and stocked. Breakfast left alot to be desired. Stayed a week and they had same thing everyday. Not much of a selection and no meats. They do have an IHOP connected to building but you get a hotel with a free breakfast so you dont have to buy it everyday. Got sick of the breakfast cereal by the 4th day and went out to a local restaurant to get protein. We never did use the pool as we were beach goers.

In the room it had a strong cigarette smell when it was a non-smoking room, there was no soap, toilet paper and many dead and living cockroaches.

The hotel was very dirty the had to move us three different times one of the tones due to lights not working second due to the cable not working in the room and the last room had mold me and my family were very disappointed

A Dump
Well it didn’t have a phone that worked. No towels wash rags or hand towels. No cups for coffee or water. But the coffee pot was broken all they had was de caf no reg coffee. For breakfast they had a coffee pot with coffee you could not drink. Waffle maker some rolls sweet and not. This had to be the worst place I have stayed

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities
Room had some damage, bed and bathroom were dirty (not cleaned well) and we found an insect in the dresser. We immediately booked another hotel. When leaving, the desk clerk assured me she would call Travelocity and get my room refunded. But 2 weeks later Travelocity says the hotel refuses the allow the refund.

Roaches have better accommodations
Roaches have better accommodations I was not provided towels untill housekeeping came to clean the room the next day so I couldn't even take a shower not to mention the wires running all over the floor and for the entire hotels wifi with a post it note that says don't unplug or the hotel will loose internet I sat in the bed and bruised my tail bone there mattresses we're so thin I hit the foundation the min I attempted to sit down only stayed because this was the only room available after my nice hotel canceled my reservations due to a plumbing issue in my reserved room there was blood in the stair rail and it looked like hookers were running the hotel I actually left with my husband and slept in the car at the Walmart parking lot we felt safer and this was our honeymoon trip had to stop on the way to Miami but I will never stop in this town again
