Cleanliness, breakfast, and staff were good, but the beds are hard and uncomfortable. Plus the noise isolation is not the greatest. Had people in the hall and room next to us at 3:30 am talking and laughing that woke us one night and a crying baby in the next room the next night. For the price, I was not entirely impressed.

Staffs are friendly and accommodating. Facility is clean and breakfast was good. It was a chilly week but it was forgotten when you meet how friendly and accommodating the hotel staffs are.

The desk clerk gave away my reservation to someone else. No one else was on the reservation but me traveler adult one the other person said to the desk clerk allegedly that I would be alone later, but when I got there, they did not put me in that room they said they were full.
