"Rundown, roaches, 3.3 miles to ferry (not 1 mile as claimed) with water access only if you are willing to tromp through 4-foot deep mud. No AC in master bedroom. Cheap mattresses. Isolated down long dirt road with no amenities in house. No grill or outdoor furniture. Too filthy to even cook in the kitchen. Pretty sure this is one of Dante’s circles of hell."
