« The place is great. It’s clean and cozy and was very friendly and accommodating. The only things I didn’t like was the hot water smelled like sulfur and the bed was way to soft for my liking. Other than those two things it was perfect. »

« Unfortunately, we had a very disappointing experience. When we arrived, there was no A/C, and the elevators seemed unstable. I mentioned my concerns to staff and was told they had been fixed. Just a couple of hours later, my children and I got stuck in the elevator for 45 minutes and had to be rescued by the fire department. It was a scary experience, especially with kids. I hope management addresses these safety concerns, but based on our experience, I would not never take my family here again. »
