Les repas sont très bons, les petits déjeuners un peu succints. Ce serait bien d’avoir un peu plus de chaises longues sur la plage. Trois c’est un peu juste ! Schönes kleines Chalet am Strand. Sehr sauber und schön eingerichtete Möbel. Das Personal war sehr freundlich und half bei jedem Anliegen sofort unf gaben Tips, telefonierten mit den zuständigen Personen wenn man z.b. nicht wusste wann die Fähre wirklich fährt. Comment parler de vacances dans cet endroit??? Se reposer? Impossible tant il y a de bruit!! De la part de l’énorme resort qui est collé à l’hôtel, avec un karaoké tous les soirs... mais aussi de la part des climatiseurs d’une autre époque ; on a donc le choix entre le bruit avec un peu d’air Frais ou le « silence » mais dans la chaleur... ou enfin de la part de la route qui passe en plein milieu de l’hotel... bruit de pot d’échappement garantis avant le levé du soleil, au moins on est à l’heure pour le voir.! Se relaxer? On ne peut même pas se dire que le service humain a été à la hauteur. Personne pour venir nous chercher au jetty alors qu’on avait prévenu à l’avance et qu’il devait nous envoyer quelq’un... du coup on se retrouve harceler par les taxis voulant gagner la course (15€ les 7km, une fortune sur l’ile, mais pas le choix...). Personne également pour nous prendre en charge décemment au bar/restaurant! Le resort d’a côte (je ne le cite pas, vous le trouverez facilement...) connaît la définition du service client! By far the best spec chalets in this area Book early in peak times to be sure. Beach views georgeous and within meters to sea. Lovely garden tended to everyday. Nice bed linen appreciated! Staff very friendly and helpful. At end of bay so little passing traffic. Nous avons séjourné 4 nuits en Juillet 2019 dans cet établissement situé à quelques mètres de la très belle plage de Juara sur l'Ile de Tioman. Chambres confortables et bien équipées, bon resto et accueil avec un grand sourire. Un vrai petit coin de paradis. Behalve de tuinchalets hebben dit minder..rustige locatie bijna aan het einde van de baai. Naast zeeschildpaddenopvang, wat wel leuk en leerzaam is. Bij accomodatie kun je o.a. fietsen en surfplank huren. Staff went out of the way to be helpful. Counter person (Jip) Took time to reschedule my bus return to Singapore so I could make my flight. They did all arrangement for day trips. Watch out for Sand Flys along beach area and paths. Use Sandfly repellent I think anyplace on island. The bites are many and nasty.
