We drove up during a large snowstorm in December 2025, and the host wanted to make sure that we arrived safely. The extra touches over the holidays with the Christmas tree was welcoming. The house itself is impeccably maintained. Very new and clean, with updated decor. Beds are comfy too! We enjoyed the view on the patio of little hummingbirds coming to feast at the beautiful flower gardens. Location wise, the house is perfectly located on a quiet street, a very short walk away from the beach. The beach also has an arcade, restaurant, ice cream, convenience / beer and liquor store - literally everything you could want for a day at the beach. Newly renovated so inside was all brand new, bright and clean. Had everything we needed. Only about a 6 minute walk to the beautiful clear water balm beach. Close to the arcade, park and tennis courts. Very private lot which we enjoyed. Host was a pleasure to communicate with and very quick to respond.
