This was our 2nd time staying in this beautiful boutique 5 star hotel. The service is impeccable. Having a 3 star Michelin restaurant onsite makes it a perfect get away place for a few days. Visiting champagne houses during the day and dining in this most amazing restaurant in the evening is just perfect. 1.5 hours from CDG is the amazing city of Reims with Epernay just a short drive away. I don't want to say too much more because I want to be able to stay here again!

The hotel is amazing. Expensive but worth it. The bar and restaurant is fabulous. The only down part was the shower in our room. It was over the bath and small. Not what you expect from a 5* hotel of this caliber

This was an incredible hotel. The grounds were amazing with sculptures everywhere and many private areas to relax and enjoy. The room and views from everywhere on the property were spectacular. Exceptional staff and absolutely one of the best hotels we have ever stayed in!

Only stayed for one night but all 4 of us thoroughly enjoyed our stay. The staff and service was excellent. The restaurant and food was fabulous and the environment and facilities were great. Would have no hesitation in booking this hotel again.

From first looks this hotel seems lovely and 5 star, and whilst it looked good and rooms were comfortable (especially loved the diptyque products), service wasn't warm - they were stand-offish and things like breakfast were below average - no buffet and very limited a la carte. For a 5 star hotel, also in a rough part of town (within 100 metres locals having verbal fights on the street - which, granted is not really the fault of the hotel), but service could be way better and also dining options could be improved - in need of buffet breakfast and more casual dining (aside from the their michelin restaurant which was fully booked). We went to Domaine les Crayères for breakfast and dinner - food and service was superb. Better to stay there.

So firstly the restaurant was fantastic and the service impeccable. My average rating is purely for the room , the minibar fridge wasn’t working, turned out it wasn’t plugged in. Of course that doesn’t help me if I want to drink Something chilled. They fixed it / found the issue very quickly but did not think to replace the warm Products with chilled ones. And finally the shower was probably the worst shower I’ve had since travelling to South America on a backpacking tour 25 years ago. Simply no force in it and definitely not something I would expect in a hotel of such a level (outside the bedroom).

This was an excellent hotel. The only thing that we didn’t like was the room cleaners moving our clothes and possessions in the room so we then had to spend time trying to find them!

Our suite was amazing. Spacious and bright with high tech programable lights, shutters. Great bath and shower lots of toiletries, staff was friendly and a little stiff. Having difficulty with English at times.

Beautiful property along with lovely hotel and magnificent restaurant. Relaxing bar with high-end cocktails as well as plenty of wine choice. Limited room service menu but simply fantastic food - fresh and so tasty. Wonderful and again so tasty breakfast with many many options. Extremely helpful staff. Enjoyed the heated swimming pool multiple times. Easy drive to champagne tasting houses outside Reims. Highly recommended.

The Hotel is 5* for a reason. It was great, the rooms are extremely well appointed, the pool is great and the staff helpful. We ate in the restaurant - it was great, amazing in fact. The meal cost us £750 for 2, which is really expensive - but worth it as a treat. Only negative comments, there is only 1 lift it seemed and we ended up carrying luggage down the stairs as there was too long a wait. And the checkout on the morning we left was poor as there was a queue as only 1 member of staff was working.

The hotel is located in a quiet area outside of the city centre but is less than 10mins by taxi or 35 mins on foot. The staff were very polite and tentative and extremely helpful when advising us on other places to eat in Reims. There is a good sized indoor heated swimming pool, large communal space indoors and outdoors. The hotel has a 3 star Michelin restaurant which is very popular so make sure you book in advance.
