The villa Maison Simone Tinos Island, which is situated in Agios Sostis, overlooks the Aegean Sea. The 2-storey property consists of a living room with 2 sofa beds (one for one person and one for 2 people), a well-equipped kitchen, 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 18 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning, a washing machine, a dryer, a game console, beach/pool towels as well as children's books and toys. 2 baby cots and 2 high chairs are also available. This villa features a private outdoor area with a heated pool, garden, open terrace, two covered terraces, a balcony, barbecue, and outdoor shower.  
  
The property is located close to the beach and there is a tennis court within a 15-minute walk.  
  
A parking space is available on the property and free parking is available on the street.
