It is very roomy and we loved all the decks to spend our evenings on. The master bedroom and bathroom is beautiful and so much room. We had 4 adults and 1 child stay here and had plenty of room. We also had a little get together one day with some family that lives in the area. We had a total of 10 adults and 4 children and lots of room for entertaining. It did not feel crowded at all. Chuck made both checking in and out a breeze and he was always available to answer our questions. The kitchen and laundry room were well equipped with all the essentials and more. We hit the huge collection of board games and enjoyed playing games out on the deck.The location was great- about a 45 minute drive to either Denver or Cheyenne. The shopping and dining in downtown Ft. Collins is awesome and it was just a short 10 mile drive from the property. The neighborhood was nice and quiet and how amazing was it to have a coffeeshop/market and brewery downstairs?! We highly recommend visiting both.
