It's within walking distance to the Netarts Bay. If you need to accommodate additional people, the sofa is a queen sleeper. The unit will sleep 4\. This unit is perfect for families and includes many recent updates to decor and amenities. This unit is equipped with all you will need for your stay: A Kitchenette with Microwave and Mini Refrigerator. Comfortable Living Area with an LED Flat Screen Queen Size Bed Queen Sleeper Sofa You are within walking distance of a staircase that will bring you down to the sandy beach on Netarts Bay. There is a grocery store behind the property (down near Unit 7) and there is a convenience store near the front of the property (Unit 1) Our units also have WiFi and Cable television. We are a pet friendly property in all of our units for an extra fee - those with severe allergies should be aware that we do not have any rooms that are pet free. The shower is a bit awkward, kinda sprays you in the face because the plumbing is super high up the wall, but other than that it's a convenient place to stay. Nice little kitchenette with mini-fridge was good to have and room in the living area to put our dog kennel to keep the pups comfy and safe at night. Ventilation was a little stuffy for me and my Siberian husky, even with the windows open. But the box fan and the vents in the walls were pretty filthy with stuck-on layers of dust and dirt. We had our one year old and the bedroom accommodated her pack and play perfectly. It's a bit tight between the bathroom, bedroom and sink. Also, it's not stated whether or not there's a bathtub- there isn't for those wondering. The parking lot, gazebo and dog area are all very up kept and tidy. My biggest complaint was that it was listed as a two bedroom and it was only one bedroom with a fold out couch in the living space. The kitchen was tiny and not good for making meals.
