This beautiful beach townhouse offers fantastic views of the bay and ocean! Whether you're traveling with friends or family, you can't choose wrong when your days are spent at the beach! The home is located in Happy Camp and is where Netarts Bay meets the Pacific Ocean. There are miles of beach to walk, run, or play on and breathtaking views of Cape Lookout and the 3 Arch Rocks in Oceanside. The rental is bright and welcoming with a comfortable living room and wood stove where you can snuggle while watching a storm roll in. The media center offers a flatscreen TV and DVD player for quiet evenings at home, and the open kitchen is both lovely and functional offering stainless steel appliances, an island, and a dishwasher for easy clean up. With three bedrooms and 2 ½ bathrooms, the space can easily sleep 8 guests. Extra amenities like WiFi and the washer/dryer will make guests feel right at home. The back deck is a great place to hang out while you cook your food on the briquette BBQ. Uncork a bottle of wine in this calming space and your worries will wash away. There is a whole street of rental properties, so you can string together several for a larger gathering. The beach is sandy and walkable for about 2 miles. The way the house is laid out is perfect to take advantage of the ocean view. Be aware that the living area is on the third floor. If stairs are an issue for you, this might not be the place for you. We had a fabulous time at this wonderful home! It takes about 2 minutes to walk to the beach and then it's a sweeping expanse of endless play. The views did not disappoint from the main rooms and it was so easy to get down and walk the beach. The house was so clean, had lots of fun games, and everything you would need for your stay. Hubby got to do a little beach fishing while we sat around the fire. The kitchen had everything we needed and my youngest enjoyed the deep bath tub.
