A new sofa and sofa-sleeper and living room furniture, a new dining table and window treatments are in place to update the look and add to the comfort and beachy appeal of Paradise Shores! The upstairs master bedroom has been renovated to include a new king-size bed and new furniture and the guest bedroom has been provided with a new mattress as well. You will love the new updates and improvements to enhance your enjoyment and relaxation during your stay at Paradise Shores! You will experience instant relaxation when you set foot into this beautiful ocean view home. The main floor has 180 degree views of the Oregon Coastline and is an open design with the living room, dining room, and kitchen all comprising one great room with plenty of windows so you can enjoy the breathtaking views. Whether it's a sunny summer weekend or a cold stormy winter day, this location on Netarts Bay offers a comfortable interior for relaxing at the coast. There's a spot for everyone in the living room to get warm in front of the wood burning fireplace, settle back and watch DVDs or cable on the flat screen TV, or just curl up with a good book. One of the sofas is also a sleeper, so you'll have more sleeping options at night. Enjoy cooking in the fully equipped kitchen that overlooks the dining and living room, so everyone can continue great conversation while the meal is being prepared. The pots and pans have recently been updated as well! The kitchen has all the major appliances, including a dishwasher so you'll be able to clean up easily! In the morning, you'll have your choice of a Keurig or traditional coffeemaker to make waking up a bit easier so you can get out to the beach sooner. And for sit-down meals, there's plenty of glasses, plates, silverware, and bowls to set the table for your vacation feasts. On sunny days, a large, private patio with chairs is just the spot to enjoy the weather or take in the gorgeous views. When it's time to turn in after a day playing on the beach, head upstairs to the cozy bedrooms. One bedroom has a kings size bed and the other bedroom has a queen size bed and both bedrooms have flat screen TVs. The full bathroom is also located on this upper level in between the 2 rooms and has a walk in shower as well as a separate bathtub. Along with the pull-out sofa in the living room, this home will comfortably sleep 6 adults. You'll be pleased to know that this townhouse is also dog friendly! So, you can take your furry family members on vacation too (though an additional pet fee will apply). Other amenities include a washer and dryer as well as WiFi access. You'll definitely have all the comforts of home here! \*\* Note: Up to 2 dogs are welcome to come! Beach access on both sides of property are a bit steep and you need to take it slow and careful. The one to the south of the property is the safer bet. Better still was the close access by car to Oceanside State Beach which is just fantastic. One comment regarding the layout - the listing was not super clear - but there are two bathrooms, a half bath downstairs and a very nice large bath upstairs that connects by a door to the master bedroom and another door that goes to the hallway just outside of the master. So essentially everyone is sharing the tub or shower in the master bath. My only issue - and the one that kept me from giving 5 stars were the fireplaces. The ‘rules’ state that you can only use Presto Logs and that they provide enough for your first fire. We found them in a drawer next to the downstairs fireplace along with a handy laminated instruction sheet. The instructions clearly state that you need to use fire-starters to get these logs to ignite - but none were provided. We got one and these logs just won’t ignite. We tried twice - they won’t burn. Not sure why but we were very disappointed that we could not use the fireplaces. But aside from this one issue this was a great place to stay and we would definitely consider staying here again. ##### Jeffrey H. We had excellent communication with property managers. The house was ready on time and even a bit early. It was beautifully cleaned and well stocked with everything we would need. The apartment was clean, well-equipped, and very comfortable. Unfortunately, the weather was colder and rainier than usual, with significant rain, wind, and hail. The unit has wall heaters that were able to keep us warm, although not as warm as we would have liked, given the weather. Despite that, we would gladly stay there again and recommend it to anyone who appreciates great ocean and bay views. ##### Michael W.
