This building has BEAUTFUL TOP FLOOR SKY VIEW with 180 degrees Pool table, hangout area, bar, eating table, restrooms and a gym with views. Condo Is perfect to stay and get to know Tijuana IMPORTANT: Please make sure no more that 4 people is in your party, breaking this rule will be subject to immediate cancelation. No extra visitors allowed that are not approved by host by message 2 people for king size bedroom and 2 more to sleep in living room with queen size sofa mattress , the view from living room and bedroom to city is perfect. NO PETS (Any kind) Deep Cleaning Violation $50 plus damages if pets are brought to unit \*\*\*\*\*IMPORTANT\*\*\*\*\*\* Parking Assigned 1 spot ONLY MEDIUM SIZE CAR, otherwise there is a public parking across the street very reasonable price REGULAR PARKING SIZE= 2.40-meter X 5.30meters (if your car doesn’t fit, you have to park outside at public parking accros the street). There is a $25 fine by the building administration if you park outside the lines of your assigned spot that would be charged immediately. EXTRA 1 PARKING RENT INSIDE BUILDING @ $8 per night when available, please request in advance. This building takes very serious security and follow the rules so everybody can enjoy its time. There will be fines above $100 dollars If building rules are not followed, please be advice as they would be charged to guest Airbnb account Building has cameras and picture will be taken out of the video for bad behavior and this will be sufficient for penalties, please don’t reserve here if your intention is to party and get out of control.
