I stayed in the tower which has been recently renovated and the decor was lovely...wouldn't change a thing! The staff was beyond friendly and helpful and really made me feel at home. The view from my room was absolutely spectacular. The pool area was nice. The only complaint I have was the lack of casual dining options. There was a nice coffee shack on the water and a sit down dining restaurant with nice views but the casual by the pool cafe was closed when I was there so I had to Doordash. Otherwise a perfect stay!

Although well situated to Sea World and the water, the overall feel for the hotel was a little run down. Portions of the room had been updated like the beds and decor but the bathroom was small and outdated, along with the tv stand and other furniture. The sliding glass door to the balcony was also very old and kept little to no noise out of the surrounding area and planes from the nearby airport

My room was filthy. The shower water was not draining and filling up and we couldn’t get the drain plug to open and when it finally did a huge glob of hair came out it was so disgusting. Our towels smelled horrible and mildewy. There was termite damage in the ceiling in the bathroom. The rooms looked nothing like the photos. Cracked and broken flooring in the bathroom behind the toilets. Overall cleanliness was terrible there was water damage on the ceilings. I wouldn’t say this is how a resort should look. I was very sad upon arrival and wish I had booked elsewhere. I always stay at the Hyatt but this one was filthy. I was also given times and availability for the pelican restaurant near the pool at check in only to find out it was closed for construction during our stay which nobody mentioned. Staff seemed to not be informed with the property projects. Super sad :(

The rooms are expencive enought, but the manditory resort fee and the $50 a night to self park is just a money grab. I wont stay here agsin.

I recently stayed at your hotel after a day at SeaWorld. The beds were super comfortable, which was a treat after a long day. However, I did notice a strange smell in the bathroom - like humidity and mold. Overall, my stay was okay

We had an absolutely amazing time at Hyatt Hotel ! The ocean view from our room was breathtaking, and being so close to the beach made our stay even more special. The pool was a highlight for us all, with its stunning design and ample space for relaxation and fun. My children couldn't get enough of it! The hotel's location was perfect for enjoying both the beach and exploring the area. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and we can't wait to come back for more fun in the sun!

The pool area was way too crowded. Not enough lounge chairs. The sign by the hot tub says max capacity 16 people, and there are easily over 22 in there. The hotel sells resort passes to locals or people who aren't staying at the hotel. Unfortunately, that makes it a worse experience for those who are paying to stay at the hotel. Wouldn't stay at this hotel again.

The property is nice and in a beautiful area, however the walls in the bathroom and the bathroom door were dirty and the pillows were so flat that it made it impossible to sleep comfortably. Expected better.

Was frustrating that they would not come and clean the room during our stay. Even when we called and asked they would say they would but never did. Spent our spring break with a huge pile of dirty towels and a trash can overflowing in our room. When we arrived we did not get the room that we had reserved then when we asked to change we were met with a poor attitude and basically dismissed the issue woth no effort to resolve it.

Decent hotel overall. A bit noisy as our room was above a service area and parking lot. Cob webs on the balcony but view of ocean made up for it. Parking was a bit of pain considering your paying daily to park

For some reason the entire lobby of the tower smelled intensely like a porta-potty. It was very strong and wafted up the elevator shafts. When reported to the staff we were told that they knew and they were sorry but nothing was done about it. They have some issue that needs to be addressed. It smelled bad all five days we were there. Also, parking is crazy expensive for a hotel!

The bathroom was one of the worst of any hotel I have stayed in. They need redone with a fan and mirrors that don’t fog. When you shower (even in luke warm water) it steams up so bad the counter top, toilet and handle, mirror and hardware that holds up the counter are so wet it drips water. We found this very gross and therefore will not return to this property.

First of all, I thought your whole staff was remarkably very professional, courteous, and a smile. I have been in a lot of hotels, but I have never enjoyed myself as much as at your Hyatt Regency hotel. This is my first time ever staying in one of your hotels, but believe me, I will always reserve Hyatt Regency in the future.

This hotel is situated so nicely, with views of the bay or the ocean. The plants surrounding are lush. The staff were so friendly and accommodating I was quite pleased. I would have preferred covered parking in a beach town , but overall very good experience.
