3rd stay and just booked another Saturday. Its just a nice and convenient hotel. 3 minute walk to HK club. So far i have had good sleep, no noise. Improvement: Room could be better if they had more TV channels. Don't use hotel ATM. Expensive fee and risky. Last stay, a suite. No AC. Broken. Suite. Last stay, one clerk. 30 minutes check-in. Despite some cons, Still enjoy my stay. Will come back. Cannot beat the price. Highly recommend.

Kept my deposit for a small fruit drink stain on the sheets. I've stayed here simce 2016. Velario soenst value their customers. I'm not staying here anymore. They make you wait to check in til exactly 3pm even if your room is ready. Just poor service overall...thanks for mothing

Dear Dale.We are very sorry for what happened but in this case, the deposit of 10 dollars is left to cover any damage in your room, the sheets had several stains.Our check in is at 3:00 p.m. If you arrive earlier and at that time there is a room available or it does not coincide with the staff shift change, you can enter your room without problem, otherwise you will have to wait until check-in time.We take this opportunity to send you greetings, and thank you for your preference.

Its a alright property for the price, it is in a very dangerous area. Nice there is a gym across the street. Bathroom pipes stink pretty bad but that seems to be a lot of hotels in Tijuana

Can be noisy at morning checkout if you have a room near front office as noise travels easily in the hallways. No soap or shampoo dish in shower. Had to put both on the floor. Both are minor inconveniences. I have stayed in this hotel half dozen times and will stay here again as the pros far outweigh the cons.

Nice modern, clean, comfortable and convenient hotel. Very nice room. Right in the heart of Zona Norte. Second stay, will return. Can't beat the price. My only warning is don't use hotel ATM. Its a 38$ charge and i had 300$ mysteriously deposited into a Mexican bank. Luckily my bank alerted as fraud. But beside that ... great stay.

Tv only had 3 channels no smart tv option in my room. Blankets was only one thin blanket and was cold, not to mention remote for ac unit didn’t turn it on.

There was no hot water. I reserved a room with a jacuzzi and I was not able to use is due to lack of hot water. I was told there was an issue with the system and that the entire hotel was out of hot water for a couple of days. When I check out I was told I would have to speak to the manager but they stated they were not allowed to give me the managers name.

Simple / eco room is very outdated, needs repainting, maybe new toilet and shower redone. Walls dirty. I like the place, I will continue to come here for the convenience of the parking lot and the delicious restaurant / bar. But I hope one day they upgrade their rooms.

Everything in the photos is true for the luxury jacuzzi suite. I think the room needs the walls repainted (were very dirty, white walls outdated, corners with dust, trails of dirt etc) the jacuzzi itself is so nice but has old stains. Bathroom could use a little upgrade, shower head is from the 90s or something. Very bad water pressure. Overall love the place anyway and will continue to stay here in my future Tijuana endeavors. Just needs a little paint and upgrading.

The hotel itself is good enough for a one-two night stay. The bed in our room was extremely noisy might have been broken. The hotel itself is a hole in the wall type of hotel. The area is pretty sketchy if you’re not familiar with TJ.

This is decent hotel for the money. However if you dont know the area dont walk alone at night around the Hotel. A rideshare can pick you up and drop you inside the hotel parking which has security 24 7

I waited over 15 minutes to finish check in and I was only person in the line. After that the reception gave me the door code for room 421 but when I got there the door was opened and room haven’t cleaned yet. I have to go back to the front desk and waited for getting another room on the basement floor. I can’t take shower before check out at 7am this morning because there was no hot water at all and I told the receptionist when I check out and seem he didn’t know and care at all. I don’t recommend this hotel and I don’t think I will stay there again.
