Within this gated community, you also have access to a large swimming pool, tennis courts and a nice little park all overlooking the ocean. There is also a convenience store just blocks away that makes purchasing food, drinks and necessities easy and quick. It’s not comfortable. The property is on a cliff with steep shared stairs to the beach. The views are amazing. This is a delightful hidden gem. The owner communicates well and is interested in you enjoying your time. The community is safe and close to San Diego, Tijuana, Rosarito, Ensenada. It was so fun to venture in the waves and on the beach as well as watching the tide come in and go out - measured by the large, perfectly formed rock straight out from the deck. It was located in a safe secured community, as soon as we arrived the host was present to welcome us. There was a few stairs you have to climb down but the view is definitely worth it. It wasn’t too far from rosarito and downtown TJ. There were also restaurants and a store right at the entrance of the gated community which was very convenient.
