"The cleaning of the property needs improvement, trash overflowing, no mopping in the shared areas. The rooms could use a refresh, showers were in poor condition and the floors were pretty dirty. The desk staff and the lady helping with breakfast were very nice and professional. No issues with staff, the overall property upkeep is lacking."

"Staff was kind and helpful; I especially enjoyed the young lady serving us in the evening! My roommate and I had never stayed at a place where they called 10 minutes after we got upstairs to see if all was well. That was nice. Room was good, bed comfortable. Should have more than one person working the desk, as they also were the one to pick up at the airport. A few of us were waiting around for someone to come back and I was a bit confused because no one was there! I asked about it in the morning and was told they were renovating, thus the one employee. I wouldn't feel safe being all alone and having no one covering the desk when the employee was out isn't good. That didn't impress me."

"No handy ice machine to our room. But there at least was one working. Nice clean room and great bed. Large bathroom space."

"Nice place to stay overall. The sheets and pillows are comfy, but the bed squeeks like a balloon or pulling cotton - the mattress has some kind of plastic cover on it between it and the sheets that is just very weird. Moreover, it feels thin and like an older spring mattress to boot. Sad to say I wouldn't stay again, even though food at the Sawmill is great and the area feels safe and walkable. The bed was so just uncomfortable... I didn't expect it from a 4 star hotel"

"The bed was incredibly lumpy and caved in. Made it impossible to have a good nights rest. Also the staff threw on a parking lot charge. Wasn’t prepared for that. "
