Studio + mezzanine of 36 m² with a south/west-facing balcony on the 8th floor with elevator.  
Mountain view.  
Sleeping arrangements:  
Living room: One 140cm convertible sofa bed.  
Mezzanine: One bedroom with a 140cm double bed.  
A second bedroom with two single beds side by side + an extra bed for a child.  
Bathrooms: Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.  
Kitchen: Ceramic hob, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher.  
Additional amenities:  
Television, Wi-Fi.  
No hairdryer.  
Bed linens and towels included for stays of one week or more.  
PLEASE NOTE: Linens are NOT included during the summer period (July-August).  
Complete kit (bed linens and towels) €22/person  
  
Residence and apartment not accessible to people with reduced mobility. Tourist taxes: 5.5% of the price of the night per adult per night, not exceeding €4.73
