Two 36 m² rooms with a south/west-facing balcony on the 5th floor with an elevator.  
Mountain view.

Bathroom: bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet.  
Kitchen: ceramic hob, oven, microwave, refrigerator, dishwasher, and filter coffee maker.
