The Space:

Welcome to your charming vacation home in Tifton, Georgia! This cozy two-bedroom, one-bathroom house is the perfect spot for a romantic getaway or a small family vacation, as well as for longer-term stays for those looking to enjoy the city for an extended period of time.

12th street retreat

Needed a place to stay for 2 nights for a Drag race at South Georgia Motorsports Park in Adel Georgia and couldn't find a place in Adel si we found this little gem 29 miles from the dragstrip! Very cute clean and comfortable place to stay! Would definitely book again!definitely book again

This property was very clean and comfortable. We were traveling with 2 small dogs who enjoyed the large fenced in yard. Our grandsons had room to run around in yard and sitting area outside was great. I will stay there again.

Favorite Place in Tifton

We are in love with 12th street house! Always clear and inviting. You will get the best good nights rest. The beds are fantastic! We have stayed there several times and highly recommend it! The host is sweet and very fast at responding and does a good job at accommodating your needs.

Lovely home in Tifton

We just needed the house for a one-night stay but wish we could have stayed longer. The decorations were so tasteful and my dad was obsessed with the wood floors. Both king beds were very comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of cookware to make a meal. My dogs loved having a yard to run around in after our long drive. It was a lovely stay!

Cute home, very clean, close to town with things to do. Owner was fantastic to work with and responded well to all communication. Pictures are very accurate. The bed was soooooo comfortable and had the perfect amount of pillows. Definitely will book again.

Bright clean comfortable place.

Rachel's place is very nice. We stayed one night passing through to Florida and we found a clean bright place with a huge backyard for our dog, comfortable large king size beds and a fantastic relaxing shower. We will stay here again. Jeff Gaz

Lovely stay in Tifton!

Absolutely loved this property. We stayed one night on our way through to Florida and felt right at home. Big back yard with patio and the most comfortable beds I have slept on in a rental. Public grocery right down the street with everything you could need. Only minute detail is we arrived after dark and the street lighting was a little sparse so we drove past the property initially. Would definitely rebook if we’re ever in the area!

Baseball Travel

Spent a week in Florida for son's collegiate baseball and had game at Abraham Baldwin on way back to Jackson Michigan. The property was within minutes of campus and gave us plenty of room to relax after long drive. House was clean and decorated really cute. Rachel (Host) was WONDERFUL! Thank you for great stay.

Daughter graduation

The house was absolutely perfect for our short visit for our daughter’s graduation. We were able to bring a fur babies which made things easier for us and them. They loved running about the yard. The house for very clean and host responded quickly. Will recommend for to friends and family.
