"Great hotel and staff"

"Nuestra estadía en el Hotel Estelar Cartagena fue una experiencia excelente. Desde el momento en que llegamos todo fue perfecto. Nuestra habitación tenía una vista espectacular al mar, lo que hizo la estancia aún más especial. El área del lobby es hermosa y muy elegante, y la piscina con esa vista al mar simplemente increíble. Es el lugar perfecto para relajarse y disfrutar de Cartagena. Pero sin duda lo mejor de todo fue el servicio. Todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y siempre dispuesto a ayudarnos. Queremos agradecer especialmente a Raúl, Alfonso, Juan y Mildreth por todas sus atenciones y por hacer nuestra experiencia aún más especial. ¡Definitivamente volveríamos!"

"No ocean view "

"Me sentí muy incómoda porque al llegar me hicieron un downgrade de la habitacion y simplemente me dijeron que eso es lo que había, mas o menos qje de malas. Servicio al cliente bien precario. Logré al final lo que me merecía pero habria preferido desde el principio que me trataran como corresponde tratar a un cliente"

"Great hotel. Loved the air conditioning. Very excellent. Located in the central busy area. One issue there is a ticking sound periodically in the room it's annoying esp at night during sleep I think it might be coming from the fridge or the ac control. "

"Hotel is old and need some improvements and renovations. For example, new linens and bedding. But the positive side is that it is in an excellent location and the staff is remarkably professional and nice. "
