"Slightly dated but for the price it’s great. Short drive to downtown NOLA. It was nice going to the casino late a night to continue having fun. We won MONEY!!!!!"

"We traveled to Louisiana with our 3 kids who are 17, 15 and 10. The house was perfect for our family. Plenty of space to hang out inside when it rained and the outdoor spaces were perfect. We met our neighbors (staying upstairs) and our boys were out late almost every night fishing and caught some monsters! We loved being away from the city but close enough to enjoy a couple of day trips"

"Great location for fishing, crabbing and shrimping. Plenty of beds to comfortably sleep up to five. A real cooks kitchen with a gas stove and lots of Magnalite/similar pots. Made it really to prepare the crabs we caught. "

"PROS: Very friendly and accommodating host, great location with great views, good price with a 50 drive to downtown, many rooms and many bathroomsCONS: Firstly, the kitchen is NOT fit for cooking for big groups - we had to bring a lot of our own cooking equipment. Secondly, the vrbo was extremely dirty when we arrived - the host understood and sent out a cleaner, but three of our guests still had to help clean for an hour. There were dead roaches, bugs, dirty linens left by the washer/dryer, unclean bedding that our guests ran through the wash, etc.Overall, we do not regret our stay. It was beautiful to be able to sit by the bayou and enjoy downtown New Orleans in the evening. The host being friendly and accommodating about the situation made things a lot better. We just wish we didn’t have to arrive to a dirty vrbo and help with cleaning. Thank you for the stay! "
