Historic 3/2 Home, Sleeps 8 This beautiful, historic, family-friendly house features breathtaking views of the San Francisco Bay, including the Golden Gate Bridge, downtown SF, Belvedere island, and Angel Island. Located two rows above the famed Paradise Drive, walk to fabulous dining and shopping along Main Street, hop on a ferry to SF, and enjoy everything else this centrally-located SF Bay abode offers:Muir Woods, Napa and Sonoma wine country, SF and North Bay beaches and much more. Loaded with charm, the house features 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and comfortably sleeps up to 8 guests. The bed configurations include one kind bed, two queen beds, and a full-size sleeper futon. The home also contains many family-friendly amenities, including a pack-and-play, play yard, high chair and booster seat. The upper floor contains a spacious kitchen, dining room and living rooms, all with amazing views of the city and Golden Gate Bridge. The primary bedroom (king size bed) features a walk-in closet large enough to accommodate the pack and play. A large deck on the main floor contains a comfortable lounge seating area and outdoor table and chairs. An additional upper deck offers four adirondack chairs perfect for taking in the sights. The lower floor features two bedrooms (each with a queen size bed), a full bathroom, and petite playroom. The spiral staircase and larger queen bedroom are separated by a curtain wall (see photos) and also features a French door to a lower deck. Both queen bedrooms offer more amazing Bay and Golden Gate Bridge views. For guests with young children, a baby gate can be provided at the top of the staircase for safety. The kitchen contains dishes, glasses, and service ware along with cooking equipment. Appliances include a refrigerator with filtered water, freezer with an ice maker, oven and gas range, microwave, dishwasher, regular drip coffeemaker, toaster, air fryer and blender. A full-size washer and dryer are available for use as well. The house is outfitted with high-speed wifi and cable television, along with a smart TV with streaming apps in the living room. A private, 3-car parking deck is provided for your parking needs. This ideal location is perfect for a relaxing getaway, or as a central hub to explore the greater Bay Area, including SF and wine country. The charming downtown offers a number of amazing restaurants, lounges and boutiques. A convenient ferry service to SF allows you to avoid driving and parking in the city, and late night ferries are available. Additional ferry services to Angel Island, Sausalito, and Larkspur are also offered just a short walk or drive from the house. Finally, as is typical with 100+ year old homes, this beauty is not without her quirks! There was plenty of comfortable furniture on the deck. There were also lovely views from the kitchen, dining room, living room and lower level rooms. The furnishings were very comfortable and the main level was nicely updated. Nicely equipped kitchen.The lower level inside access is a spiral staircase, so that would be a consideration if more than one couple has mobility restrictions.Communication with our hosts worked very well during our trip. We really enjoyed the Tiburon downtown area. We took the ferry which you can see from the house over to SF one of the days. ##### Monica T. First there is everything everybody else said. I would just add something we appreciate particularly, and that's a decor that is welcoming. The VRBO properties I have liked the best have a certain inclusive air to them. We don't get the sense that we're staying in someone else's house. It's just a nice place to stay, period. That description fits this house perfectly. Very tasteful, yet very welcoming. The other thing I would add, since I didn't see it mentioned yet, there is a gate at the base of the garden that opens on to a public path that gets you to the Ferry and "downtown" Tiburon in about five-seven minutes, walking. You need a car for shopping, but not for hanging out or crossing the water to Sausalito or San Francisco. We look forward to returning! ##### Michael L.
