Superbe vue et Hôtel correct
Hotel sympathique avec un bon service. Meubles un peu vieillot. Ce serait vraiment très bien de moderniser ces meubles qui donnerait un coup de neuf à l'ensemble. Vue magnifique sur le lac de Tibériade (chambre supérieure). Ce serait mieux encore si les vitres étaient bien nettoyées..... Piscine assez grande et agréable sauf le samedi ou on trouve énormément de monde. A noter si vous prenez demie-pension c'est obligatoirement le petit déjeuner et le diner. J'ai essayé de prendre le déjeuner à la place du diner, cela m'a été formellement interdit !!!!!

A éviter absolument - impossible de dormir.
Hotel dont les étages et les chambres n'ont pas été rénovées depuis au moins 10 ans, la propreté est donc relative. Les cloisons sont si fines que le moindre bruit dans les chambres voisines empêche de dormir. Aucun service même pour obtenir une bouteille d'eau. L'hotel est rempli de voyous qui font du vacarme de minuit à 4h du matin et se droguent en gonflant et éclatant des ballons au protoxyde d'azote. La sécurité de l'hôtel ne parvient pas à les faire taire. À 5h du matin les voyous déclenchent les alertes incendie en fumant dans les couloirs de l'hotel, et dérangent les clients en rentrant dans les chambres dont les portes à l'ancienne ont des serrures qui verrouillent mal. Toute la nuit un poste de radio jouait de la musique à plein volume. La sécurité de l'hôtel sollicitée toute la nuit n'a pas fait cesser la gêne. Le lendemain le directeur de l'hotel a prétendu ne pas être au courant et ne pouvoir rien faire. Plusieurs clients de l'hotel se plaignaient dans le lobby. Le directeur a fait semblant de ne pouvoir répondre en prétendant ne pas parler anglais.

Hotel agréable avec une vue magnifique sur le lac de Tibériade, très bon rapport qualité/prix. Il faut avoir une voiture pour se déplacer dans le centre car l'hôtel est excentré.

The King Solomon did the job for our four day visit to Tiberias. The staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel has seen better days. A good deal for the price we paid.

Ik vond het een prettig hotel. Het personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam en elke dag keurig kamer schoongemaakt en schone handdoeken Punten van aandacht: de WiFi was niet of nauwelijks te ontvangen op de hotelkamer waardoor ik veelal in de lobby ging zitten voor ontvangst. Verder stroomde het douchewater deels de badkamer in, waardoor het nat en glibberig was. Het mooiste van het hotel was het uitzicht op het meer van Galilea, werkelijk adembenemend mooi en een ervaring die ik iedereen gun.

King Solomon Hotel in Tiberies is well managed and it’s beautiful. Excellent staffs. Thé réceptions are one of a kind, they are well mannered, thanks to Muhammad, his patient & communication is superb. Safa is good too. And to crown it all thd manager Shoki. Mr. Shoki Is an excellent manager. Thank you King Solomon of Tiberies and thank you Mr. Shoki, you execute your job well, and with so much respect. Will go back here. Highly recommend!! One more : I notice the cleaner, can’t recall his name, short not sure if he’s Chinese or Philipines, but daam He’s such a hard worker. One has to notice. Unfortunately I never heard a word with him. Got to the lobby late at night, lobby was hot no regular front desk, just security, they gave the keys and when we get to our rooms there was no electric in the rooms, no lights nothing worked, had to go back down and they were like oh yeah lets turn the power on, extremely weird, the carpets are stained and i tried not to look to closely to the linen as we just wanted to go to sleep, and we checked in after 12am and they refused to give us a late checkout. Basically the place is a dump save your money and go elsewhere.

Expensive for what you get...
The hotel is under renovations and it isn't mentioned on the description. We asked to cancel an hour after booking when we found out and the hotel refused. The hotel asked for additional 17% taxes which were in small print of the booking page (misleading!) Note that they charge per person in the room and not per room even if it has double bed. The hotel is quite old and the access to the pool is far and not accessible with stroller (lots of stairs). The food in the hotel was tasteless and dry, not to our liking. The good part was the view from our room and the size of the room (suite with lake view)

We had difficulty with the bill, which was accidently charged 3x's with our US CC. It is being handled, but only after we picked up on it. We also found it frustrating that because we booked throught Hotels.com, it was nearly impossible to make changes to the reservation. There was no communication between Hotels.com and the hotel itself.

We booked six rooms on Expedia and when we arrived at 5 pm paid for the six rooms. Dana gave us the six keys, but mistakenly gave us two keys for the same room #811. We asked for our 6th room. Dana said that we only booked 5 rooms. We showed her 6 confirmation numbers. She then said that we only paid for five rooms. We then showed her six paid receipts. She still refused to give us our sixth room. Dana then called her manager Maria told Dana that if we had six paid receipts that Dana should give us the 6th room. It is now 845 pm and we finally got our sixth key after a 3 hour and 45-minute ordeal.
