From the property, impressive views of the ocean and the islands of Fuerteventura and Lobos can be enjoyed. Its location is unbeatable: just 10 minutes by car from the airport, 5 minutes from the main avenue of Puerto del Carmen and the charming town of Tías, and only 2.5 km from the main beach, surrounded by bars, restaurants and shops. The house features a spacious outdoor swimming pool, ideal for relaxing while overlooking the sea, the golf course, or the picturesque coastal village. The pool area is equipped with outdoor dining furniture and comfortable sun loungers, perfect for long breakfasts, lunches under the porch, or romantic dinners under the stars. The property, of almost 9 acres, is surrounded by a carefully designed landscape with traditional volcanic rock walls that guarantee total privacy. You will be able to enjoy pleasant walks among fruit trees or an aperitif next to the palm trees, with absolute tranquillity and without being seen from the outside. The house has five double bedrooms: three with a private bathroom (two with a shower) and two with a shared bathroom with a bathtub. In total, there are 2 bathrooms with a bathtub, 2 with a shower, and an additional toilet. All rooms have spacious built-in wardrobes and direct access to the exterior porch with spectacular views. Additionally, there is an extra room for personal assistants. The property is accessible for people with reduced mobility, including an adapted bathroom and most areas accessible by wheelchair. The kitchen is fully equipped with four hobs, oven, microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster and all necessary kitchenware. Bed linen and towels are provided per guest, along with pool towels, and a cot is available upon request. Parking is outdoor and private, with easy access from the house entrance. Pool überraschend kalt bei dem Wetter. Zimmer waren gut und die Küche sehr groß mit allem was man für 6 Personen braucht. Extra Pluspunkt für die Gefriertruhe und den großen Kühlschrank und ausreichend Schattenplätze am Pool durch die Pergola.Kleinigkeiten haben gefehlt und wir haben dies im Supermarkt oder Baumarkt selber gekauft: Kaffeemaschine, Geschirrhandtücher, Wäscheklammern. ##### Michael R. The villa itself is spacious and well equipped and benefits from a large swimming pool and patio area. We found the letting agency Lanzarote vacation homes to be very helpful and efficient - queries were quickly dealt with and items that we requested for the villa quickly provided. One thing that we thought the villa may benefit from is a house information book with advice on the villa's appliances and on local information (restaurants, places of interest etc) but overall we were very happy with our stay. ##### Philip L. Great pool with ample sun-beds and a very well equipped kitchen with large chest freezer and everything else you would need. You will need a car if you stay at the villa but it is close enough to the airport and town that you could survive with taxis. Management agents easy to deal with and respond rapidly when we needed them. ##### Keith G.
