Stylishly furnished self catering villa with separate Kitchen/diner, 3 good-sized bedrooms one ensuite and 1 family Bathroom, Patio doors lead out from both the Lounge and the kitchen onto the Upper Terrace ,where you can enjoy al fresco dining, on lower Terrace relax around the solar heated,salt chlorinated swimming pool,(electrical heated pool available in the cooler months at an extra charge)This villa is a short walk to both the Old Town/Harbour and the Main Beach/strip - both are only around a 10 min stroll away. if your dates are not available please check out our other property villa blue skies 2 (8487842)

We had a lovely relaxing stay in villa blue skies, the views are amazing. Upon arrival we found it very clean and tidy with the added bonus of a welcome pack of essentials which we really appreciated as we arrived on Christmas day. Samantha was always quick to respond to messages and Jim arrived daily to maintain the pool and share his local knowledge with us.

Very spacious villa with a lovely warm pool (which Jim cleaned everyday) and everything you need right down to a shopping trolley for food supplies. The beds were comfy and the water pressure in the showers were great. Excellent communication throughout with the owners, Sam and Jim, who were very helpful, friendly and flexible.There was a welcome pack when we arrived on a late flight which included some milk , this was very much appreciated. The villa is not far from a very big Lidl and other smaller supermarkets, with the main promenade about 15 minutes walk downhill. Worth the 3-4 euros to return to the villa as the hill is quite steep. There are many restaurants and bars to choose from on the main strip and the beaches are huge, soft sand underfoot, calm seas with plenty of sun beds.There is no air conditioning in the villa but there are fans in every bedroom. Thank you Sam & Jim, we had a wonderful 2 weeks.

The villa has stunning views. But on the downside needs a lot of things updated. Towels old.. doors rotten. Bedding was dated. Pillows smelled greasy. Windows were broken. Pans were vey old. Hairdryer broken. Headboard screwed to wall and had loosened. Overall needs money spent!!!

Brilliant villa

Villa Blue Skies was exactly as described. Spotless with all the amenities needed for a relaxing holiday. 10 - 15 mins walked us to the beach, shops, restaurants and bars. Close enough to be convenient but far enough to get away from the hustle and bustle.Jim who cleaned the pool almost daily was a font of information for places to visit etc. and Samantha was only a phone call away.We loved it and will definitely go back.

Superb villa

This place is amazing exactly as described, very spacious and well kitted out. The outside space and pool are brilliant and well maintained, views are incredible! Very convenient for Lidl (Shopping trolley was big bonus!) and easy walk down to the front. We chose to get taxis back, only 4 euros. Host was really helpful and very responsive to us, much appreciated. Would definitely go back.

A really pleasant stay at Villa Blue Skies, clean, spacious and light - everything on one level (except steps down to the pool) which is handy for me as I have mobility issues. 10min walk for my husband to shops for fresh croissants and bagguettes of a morning. Fantastic Stay

Loved our 2nd visit to villa Blue Skies. It was better than we remembered. Very clean, well equipped and comfortable. Pool is well maintained and warm. Lovely that it’s not cleaned with chlorine but more eco-friendly salination system. Quiet location, easy to get to both main strip and old town. Would recommend and hope to visit again.

Great place to stay

I couldn’t fault anything about the property, communication with Sam was easy, she was really swift in replying. Only problem for us was the walk back from the strip or the old town. To be fair, we never walked back, we got a taxi every time and the most we had to pay was €4.50. Great holiday, I would really recommend Blue Skies.

Great property, great holiday

Great villa, big rooms, well appointed, everything you could need for a home from home. Comfortable beds, massive bathroom, plenty of hot water, light and bright rooms. Great pool, plenty of space in and out of the sun. Parking just outside, bit of a walk down to the seafront, under 4 euros for a taxi back. We had a fantastic stay, some well needed winter sun.

Relaxing week

Stayed for 7 nights as a winter getaway! Would definitely recommend this villa! It’s bigger than the photos suggest! I like the fact it’s a tiered section down to the pool with plenty of shade at the top. The villa had all you needed for a relaxing stay….even down to the cushions for the new sunbeds. Jim came in everyday to clean the pool and gave us suggestions of where to eat. The views were amazing as were the sunsets sat with a cold beer. Lidl is a 10 minute walk away and a steady 15 mins walk to the beach front filled with plenty of bars and restaurants! If I had one suggestion it would be that the villa needs a general spruce up ie a lick of paint in each room. If you’ve never been to Lanzarote I would suggest car hire to take a tour around the island!

Great family holiday

Villa Blue Skies is well located on the edge of Puerto Del Carmen with easy parking out front, a Lidl supermarket a few minutes away and a 10 minute walk down to the beach front. The villa was lovely and clean, the kitchen well equipped and the beds were comfy. There are some really good places to each on the beach front and a couple of good family friendly bars. The beach is great, sunloungers with parasols can be hired €17.50 (for three) the water is clear and warm and great for fish spotting. Communication with the owner (Sam) was great and Jim came to clean the pool every day. All in all we had a fanatic week.
