It has since had a refresh, everything nicely decorated and excellent showers in the bathrooms. The villa is in a peaceful neighbourhood. The pool is great for cooling off and not overlooked. Its about a 10-15 minute walk to teh see front but under 5 euros for a taxi. Communication with Sam was excellent all queries answered promptly and nice to chat to Jim when he comes in to clean the pool. Overall a great holiday and we will definitely be back ##### Greg B. The photos are not what you actually get regarding the outside seating area. No comfortable seating at all. The cushions for the sun beds and rattan furniture were discustingly dirty and in desperate need of replacing. Due to its location it is nice an quiet at night but only a 10 minute walk (or 3.50 euro taxi ride) to/from the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen. Communiction from the owner was excellent. Overall a great place to stay with friends & family, look forward to a return visit when we next need a 3 bedrooom villa in Puerto Del Carmen. ##### Phil A.
