### Vacation Home 'Casa Del Cura' with Private Terrace, Wi-Fi and Air Conditioning

Just a short walk from the beach, the holiday home Casa del Cura with step-free access and interior is located in Puerto del Carmen. The 90 m² property consists of a living room, a well-equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms and 1 bathroom as well as an additional toilet and can therefore accommodate 5 people. Additional amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls) with a dedicated workspace for home office, a smart TV with streaming services, air conditioning as well as a washing machine. A baby cot and a high chair are also available. This vacation rental offers a private outdoor space with a garden and a covered terrace.  
  
The property is located within walking distance of shops, restaurants, bars, supermarkets, a bus stop, a tennis court, the Avenida de las Playas promenade and the Playa Grande beach. Furthermore, the Soco and Biosfera shopping centres can be reached in 5 minutes by car.  
  
A parking space is available on the property, additional free parking can be found on the street.
