Perfect for couples and families, the villa is on two levels and consists of 3 large double bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Enter through the large patio doors to find a bright spacious open plan living room and kitchen. The lounge has a large comfortable leather sofa and chair, air conditioning, flat screen TV with Internet TV and offers a large choice of UK channels, films and sports also channels are available in various languages. The kitchen is fully equipped with a hob, oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee machine and breakfast bar. The ground floor has a double bedroom with fitted wardrobes and air conditioning and a vanity table, the bathroom on the ground floor consists of a large walk in shower, WC, wash basin and a hairdryer. Located on the 1st floor are two bedrooms with king-sized beds, both have fitted wardrobes, air conditioning and patio doors leading to a balcony. The first-floor bathroom consists of a large walk-in shower, WC, wash basin and hairdryer. There The outdoor area has been designed for your comfort and hosts 3 electronic awnings, a sofa and two chairs, built in BBQ and a large outdoor dining table, perfect for al fresco dining.
