You'll have the entire apartment to yourself and will only share it with other guests in your party.

### Loma Verde Puerto del Carmen

The apartment is located at the top of the hill next to the Izaro Club. It is at the top of the complex, overlooking the swimming pools.   
There are shops, restaurants and bars within a ten minute walk. The local buses are five minutes from the apartment.  
You have a view of the sea and the mountains from the balcony.   
This apartment is the perfect place to relax and unwind.   
It is located on a quiet complex.  
Explore the sights and local attractions of Puerto del Carmen - there is so much to see and do here.  
There are lots of restaurants, bars and shops.  
You can get a bus to Playa Blanca, Playa Honda, Arrecife, Los Pocillos and Costa Teguise.   
  
There are many activities that you can do...diving, water skiing, boat trips, and much more.   
  
There are two outdoor communal swimming pools onsite for your enjoyment!  
  
As a self-catering apartment, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.  
The kitchen has a fridge, a hob, an oven, a toaster, a kettle, a coffee maker, a freezer, a slow cooker and a microwave oven.  
The apartment is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.  
  
There is one bedroom in this apartment which contains a king bed. There is a double wardrobe, a set of drawers and a bedside table.   
  
There is one bathroom, which us modernand bright. It has a toilet, a sink with a cupboard and a walk-in shower.
