Apartment in traditional fishing port, quiet area, close to the beach

The apartment El Ancla is located at the old fishing harbor of Puerto del Carmen, very quiet apartment complex in El Rincon with community pool. From the large terrace you have an excellent view of the harbor, in 2 minutes you get to the pier on the Create fishermen and offer various excursion boats trips.

In the port you will find great restaurants and a still original atmosphere. For the near Playa Chica you can walk in 5 minutes. The beach is popular for many fish that can be seen there especially when divers and snorkelers. For Playa Grande, the 2 km long sandy beach can also come on foot and without parking problems in just 10 minutes.

El Ancla is a perfect base to explore this really interesting island. Quiet and beautiful, you can get to know Lanzarote from its traditional side, away from the hotel castles and mass tourism. Wifi is included in the price.

Apartment was perfect. Homely and plenty of comfortable furniture, spacious and clean. We couldn’t get over the size of the terrace and the outdoor furniture provided. Location ideal with the most beautiful view of the harbour. A secure, quiet location in the old town

El apartamento es tal cual se muestra en las fotos e incluso mejor. Todas las instalaciones son nuevas, cocina completa y dispone de aire acondicionado, que fue un gran aliado para el calor inusual que nos tocó pasar en la isla.Tiene una ubicación inmejorable. Restaurantes y mercados a unos pasos. El centro lo encuentras a pie en 10/15 minutos.La comunicación con la anfitriona fue excelente, quién nos dejó vino, café y agua fresca. Perfect location for coastal walks to Calero and Quemada Decent size balcony which lends itself to self catering. Excellent restaurants at walkable distance particularly Mario's. Sea swimming feasible for the outdoor type.

From the moment we arrived this was clearly a fantastic accommodation. Located in the old town near all the restaurants. Superdino 5 mins walk. You would not need a car if you stayed here and had everything to make a very pleasant stay. Will definitely stay here again if back in Puerto del carmen.

The perfect holiday break.

The property was perfect for our needs. Close to picturesque walks to Calero and Que Mada. Stunning scenery from balcony. Lots of five star restaurants and various local entertainment. Large balcony to relax on. Kitchen facilities great for cooking and eating in.

Relaxing part of puerto carmen within walking distance of bars and restraunts

Great holiday perfect location as we are nearing 60 lol clean and adequate the selling point for us was the enormous veranda only down side not the fault of owners were the flies and the taxi numbers don’t work for some reason off mobile phone 🤷‍♀️
