"More like YUCK Hotel. Many of the features described were not represented. We had a hard time sleeping with the people living across the street blasting music, no wifi, and pretty much no amenities (hair dryer, cups, soap) or communication. We still have not heard back from the Apek Rentals regarding wifi or refund. We agree with the other reviews and guests staying when we did. The whole experience was creepy and weird. "

"The property was great. So close to the DIHP where we were showing our horses. House had plenty of room for us, even our 2year old daughter. It had everything we needed for our stay. The host was very responsive to our questions. I would certainly stay again when I am in the area."

"Great accommodations for the price. Cozy little casita with a mini-fridge, coffee, and real coffee mugs. Great communication from the owners, and we had all the privacy we needed. Thanks for a great stay!"

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Ken’s million dollar house. The room, while small, has everything you need. The location is perfect—close to 2 great golf courses and a short drive or bike ride into downtown Palm Springs. The outdoor amenities are picture perfect. Our Host is amazing. "The studio is simply furnished but had everything we needed. The kitchen is basic and since we didn't plan to cook we were satisfied. If you plan to cook, plan to bring all the condiments you will need. Robert was amazingly responsive to any question or request we had. He was an excellent host. We would definitely stay in the Splash House again."
